{"id":2552,"date":"2025-05-15T09:41:34","date_gmt":"2025-05-15T07:41:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.naircenter.com\/avances-clave-en-ai4flood-ia-sensores-y-simulacion-hidraulica-para-anticiparse-a-las-inundaciones\/"},"modified":"2026-01-22T12:36:56","modified_gmt":"2026-01-22T11:36:56","slug":"avances-clave-en-ai4flood-ia-sensores-y-simulacion-hidraulica-para-anticiparse-a-las-inundaciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.naircenter.com\/eu\/avances-clave-en-ai4flood-ia-sensores-y-simulacion-hidraulica-para-anticiparse-a-las-inundaciones\/","title":{"rendered":"Funtsezko aurrerapausoak AI4FLOOD proiektuan: adimen artifiziala, sentsoreak eta simulazio hidraulikoa uholdeei aurrea hartzeko"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"post_content post_content_single entry-content\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3>NAIR Centerrek proiektu honetan parte hartzen du, uholde-arriskuaren aurreko azterketa-arroen karakterizazioa diseinatuz eta alerta goiztiarretarako adimen artifizialeko tresnak garatuz, udaletako larrialdi-plan berriak sortzen eta inplementatzen laguntzeko.<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"post_content post_content_single entry-content\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>2025eko apirilaren 29an, Europako Interreg POCTEFA 2021-2027 programaren baterako finantzaketa duen AI4FLOOD proiektuaren bazkideak Syndicat Mixte de l\u2019Usine de la Nive (Frantzia) erakundearen egoitzan bildu ziren, 4. ekintzaren (Alerta goiztiarretarako adimen artifizialeko tresnak diseinatzea eta garatzea) aurrerapausoak analizatzeko.<\/p>\n<p>Saio tekniko horretan oso emaitza garrantzitsuak aurkeztu zituzten Errobi, Urdazuri, Urola eta Zidakos ibaien arroetan uholdeak prebenitzeko, mugaz haraindiko lurraldearen Frantziako zein Espainiako aldean.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Datuak, sentsoreak eta udal-partaidetza<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Euskal Hirigune Elkargotik (EHE) Frantziako 60 udalerritara bidalitako galdetegi baten emaitzak partekatu zituzten. Galdetegi horrek tokiko kontzientziazio-maila handia erakutsi zuen, baina larrialdi-planak eguneratzeko eta komunikazioa indartzeko premia ere nabarmendu zuen. Horrez gain, funtsezko zenbait eremutan hiru plubiometro estrategiko instalatuko direla jakinarazi zuten, eremu horien plubiometriak zuzeneko eragina baitu Errobi eta Urdazuri ibaien emarian.<\/p>\n<p>Espainiako aldean, Tesicnorrek ura metatzeko arriskua duen puntu kritiko bat identifikatu zuen Tafallan, trenbide-pasagune baten azpian. Tesicnorrek, halaber, radar-irudiei, euri moten sailkapenari eta denbora errealeko prezipitazio-estimazioari (QPE) aplikatutako adimen artifizialaren aurrerapenak erakutsi zituen, zenbait iragarpen-ikuspegi integratzen zituztenak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Belaunaldi berriko simulazio hidraulikoa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CEREMAk eta SIXENSEk ikuspegi tradizionalekin (HEC-RAS) eta 48 orduko ibai-dinamika 9 minutuan simulatzeko gai diren GPUn oinarritutako Lattice-Boltzmann bezalako metodo berriekin simulazio hidraulikoan egin diren aurrerapenak azaldu zituzten. Gainera, sare neuronaletan (CNN, LSTM, MLP) oinarritutako eredu murriztuak garatzen ari dira, eta 3 segundo besterik ez dute behar emaitza konparagarriak lortzeko. Larrialdiak kudeatzeko plataformetan erabiltzeko funtsezko aurrerapena da hori.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hurrengo urratsak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Partzuergoak erabaki zuen garapenak ingurune errealetan integratzen jarraitzea eta metodologiak lurraldeen artean harmonizatzea.
